Financial Analyst at GAA

GAA, an independent valuation, advisory, and consultancy firm, is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for their Delhi office.

Position: Financial Analyst

Location: Delhi, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial statements, perform ratio analysis, and interpret results to assess financial health.
  • Valuation: Conduct valuations of public and private entities using cost, market, and income approaches.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, including Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act 2013, IBC 2016, and Income Tax Act 1961.
  • Client Interaction: Address client and auditor queries related to asset valuations.
  • Data Management: Collect and analyze data using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and present findings in clear reports.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize revenue and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in BBA (Finance), B.A. (Hons.) Economics, B.Com, B.Com (Hons), or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a related role. Candidates with an MBA in Finance or a Master’s in Finance are also considered, including freshers.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Office applications.
