Selection Process:
- Stage 1: Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT)
- A computer-based test covering Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, General Awareness, and Military Aptitude.
- Stage 2: Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) Interview
- Includes Intelligence Test, Psychological Test, Group Tasks, and Personal Interview.
- Stage 3: Medical Examination
- Conducted to ensure candidates meet the required physical and medical standards.

Age Limit:
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 26 years (as of the course commencement date)

Salary:
- Approximate Pay: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 per month (Level 10 of Pay Matrix).
- Additional benefits: Military Service Pay (MSP), allowances for Uniform, Transport, and other facilities.
